My career in the Salesforce ecosystem is also a tremendous passion of mine. I’m currently 9x certified on the Salesforce platform and always pushing myself to the next level for the next one.

My Salesforce career started over a decade ago at a large Canadian telecom corporation, and later progressed to where I am now at a large global technology company. During those years I have also consulted on the side in numerous industries ranging anywhere from high tech, to startups, to construction.

I still offer consulting outside of my core business hours at my full time employer. For companies with a flexible schedule, this can be a fantastic way to have access to a high quality Salesforce resource, but at a fraction of the cost of paying large consulting firms.

Engagements I find high success working in this format are small to medium size project engagements, training creation, or Salesforce org optimization. Typical clients I would engage with are clients who need a level of Salesforce specialization that their current resources aren’t equipped to offer, or particularly clients who do not have an internal resource at all to run their Salesforce who really want to take it to the next level with a series of project engagements where I would supplement the day-to-day admin efforts of the department or resource who currently handles their org (a common scenario in non-technology companies or companies without an in-house IT).
